About Paul Dillon

Before getting into the wonderful world of real estate, Paul spent over 20 years in the corporate world successfully holding Senior Executive Sales and Marketing roles, with companies and brands. During these years, he personally bought and sold multiple houses and condominiums. So, he knows what it’s like to be on both sides of the transaction.

He believes being a valued member of The Regan Team, coupled with his experience in marketing, sales and customer service significantly contributes to successfully serving his clients with their real estate needs.

Paul has lived, worked and played in the GTA and surrounding areas for over 40 years. So, he is familiar with the various neighbourhoods and all that they offer. With each client, Paul prides himself in consistently providing maturity, professionalism and dependability. Whether it’s helping to find a buyer for your current home, finding your new dream home or investing in real estate, it would be Paul’s pleasure to join you along the journey providing you with the expertise, support and representation you will need.

Paul holds business degree from York university and Columbia Business School. As a passionate animal advocate, he proudly volunteers and sits on the Board of Directors for the Oakville and Milton Humane Society. Paul and his wife, Joanie(along with their rescue cat and dog) live in the Lorne Park area of Mississauga, ON.

If you think all Real Estate Agents are created equal, think again! I met Paul Dillon under extremely stressful personal circumstances. I needed a well rounded, and resourceful agent who had a network of other services, such as movers & cleaners, to assist me to prepare the home for sale.

All of this was happening just as interest rates were rising and the rapid fire purchases seen during covid were clearly cooling.
Paul went to work immediately launching the promotion of the house. He promptly returned phone calls, texts and emails and answered questions with detailed explanations. With his honest and sincere approach we realized a perfect offer in a very short time.

A kick-ass drummer in a kick-ass rock band.

What is your favourite time of the day?

Sunset. There is just something serene and calming about settling in and watching the sun go down(especially after a busy day). Plus, it’s the ideal time to open a bottle of something special, to enjoy with someone special.

Glass half full or Glass half empty?

Half Full. Life is too short and precious to worry about what you don’t have. 

What do you love about Lorne Park?

Quite simple, the trees. There is nothing like walking through a quiet, mature neighbourhood where the trees tower over the houses and line the streets.

Your Dream Vacation? Worst Vacation? Best Vacation?

When I turned a milestone age, my wife and I travelled to Bora Bora. It was everything we imagined and more(especially the private bungalows over the water, with a glass floor).
