Anthony and Ashleigh are exactly the types of individuals that do justice for the real estate industry

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize two of your team members Anthony Cianciotta and Ashleigh McCarthy. I and my family started looking casually for a new home in the beginning of 2019.

I have a Toronto agent that i normally use for rental properties and he suggested he would not be the right person for Mississauga so we started looking on our own for an agent. I met Anthony at one of his open houses and quickly realized that his knowledge and professionalism is exactly what we were looking for in an agent. Anthony booked a follow-up appointment quickly and introduced Ashleigh as part of his team.

Anthony and Ashleigh are exactly the types of individuals that do justice for the real estate industry. There is a ton of agents out there but very few that I believe offer value to their clients. The process was quick and we purchased 725 Fieldstone Road at a fair price to us and the seller. All of our conditions were met and we are happy with our purchase.

Anthony and Ashleigh quickly arranged stagers for our current house at 417 Barondale Drive. They both gave me and my wife valuable suggestions that truly made our home show extremely well. The Team-Based approach that was used made the process easy and I feel our house was represented professionally and our home sold in 4 days at a fair price. Small details such as a professional-looking sign, floor plans etc. what the team delivered and this approach to selling made the process simple and delivered the results we were expecting. Anthony and Ashleigh set realistic expectations and did not try to oversell but rather took a realistic approach and view of the market. Too many agents set unrealistic expectations to earn a listing but can't deliver results. Anthony and Ashleigh are invaluable members of your team and i wish them continued success in 2019.

I have to take a moment to tell anyone looking to sell or buy - particularly southern Mississauga but really throughout the GTA - The Regan Team of Ashleigh and Anthony have actually exceeded our expectations.

As life changed rapidly for my family over the last 5 years Anthony was able to get an amazing deal on our large family home in Gordon Woods with ALL the crazy limitations we put on him. Even before it went on the market we have great offers and the long closing we asked for. He then sold an old port credit home for my son. Found us two homes we loved and renovated. And just this year they found the exact home my daughter and her family were looking for in Lorne Park.

Most importantly they listen! They actually care what your concerns are. Help with staging or any ways to improve the resale value. I lost my husband this year and I could never have gone through another sale and all the stress that entails without Anthony and Ashley. There was no pressure on their parts and they knew and respected the price point we needed; be it a sale or a purchase. 

This could go on but space is limited. Suffice it to say. They are the best! It’s your home, not JUST an investment. This appreciation sets them apart from many other agents in this area. Our entire family truly respects and is grateful for all they do for their clients / before- during and after your sale/purchase.

This was our 7th sale of a home and no one had impressed us more with his knowledge. Well -- then his teammate, Ashleigh joined us and with her incredibly ability to swiftly respond to our needs, we were able to overcome a number of obstacles in getting our house ready for market in a very short time.
