In mid-November I decided to meet with Allison and Matthew to see what upgrades were needed in my home in order to sell in the Spring.  They suggested I place it on the market for 3 weeks to get some feedback. I was hesitant about doing this so close to the holiday season, but agreed. 

Lo and behold it SOLD in 2.5 weeks – again with multiple interested parties.  They certainly have an amazing knowledge of their market. Beach or Mountains?

Oddly, both! Definitely a beach get-away for the winter, but we hiked in the Canadian Rockies this summer and it was spectacular!.
